Consultancy provides the opportunities by showing the placement in different organizations/companies in various places across the country.
Consultancy arranges the interview (demos, exams, other selection procedure) in required places by various companies/organization’s management.
Consultancy helps eligible candidates in selection process salary fixation and getting appointment letter from the company/Organization’s management.
Employee has to bare the travelling expenses; Consultancy does not pay any T.A/D.A. If the particular company/organization management has the policy of T.A/D.A. then Consultancy will inform to Employee.
Employee has to check himself /herself credibility of Organization.
Consultancy’s Role is to coordinate in between Employee and the Company/Organization’s management in selection process and salary fixation.
Employee has to pay the Consultancy fee after getting the appointment letter from the company/Organization’s management as per norms of consultancy (before/after getting first month salary).
On request of the Employee , Consultancy fee can be paid by the Employee in 3 consecutive months.
Employee has to maintain good conduct, behaviour and professionalism. Consultancy is not responsible for the Employee’s termination by the Employer due to misconduct/ misbehaviour /lack of professionalism in the due course of working.
Employee has to obey the rules and regulations of the Employer. Employee is liable for all the legal action can be taken by the Employer . If the Employee leaves the Job without prior intimation once after getting the appointment letter from the Employer.
Under any circumstance, if the Employee does not join the company/Organisation within ten days from the date of appointment letter then the Employee has to pay the consultancy fee calculating for Ten days as per the norms of consultancy.
The Employee has to agree for Transferring of consultancy fee amount directly from the concerned Management to Consultancy by making the salary deduction of the concerning Employee by the employer.
30 days salary of the Employee has to be paid as consultancy fees
